Our team, approached him, gave him food and water. He was taken to Thane mental hospital in a cab with our team with local police help.

After the initial examination, his case papers were made and then he was taken to Mulund Court along with police escort to get permission for admission and treatment at Thane mental hospital. His court papers were prepared and he was produced before the judge. After proper assessment of the patient the Judge gave the orders to admit him in Thane Mental Hospital.

Following the court permission, he was medically re-examined and was diagnosed as a case of Schizophrenia. He is currently under the treatment.

This makes Neptune Foundation, his guardian.

Now Neptune Foundation team is eagerly waiting to get him better so his family information can be sought from him. As soon as we will get the information, after counselling sessions, the family will be traced and he will be reunited with his family.
